I’m a project leader running the balancing act between sustainability goals, commercial feasibility and delivery pragmatism. I’ve developed this skill after more than 15 years working on challenging medium- to large-scale developments across Australia, where sustainability goals are crucial to the project’s success and, frequently, the commercial and delivery solutions require more innovation than the technical solution.

I’m most often brought in during the early business case and planning approval stages of major projects.
Over the years, my roles have ranged from program director on large government-led urban renewal projects and divestments to hands-on management positions focused on delivering real sustainability outcomes on the ground.
What I’ve learned is that solving sustainability challenges isn’t just about new technology—it’s about strong collaboration across all property disciplines. My earlier career in banking and funds management gave me a solid foundation to navigate the complexities of major property developments and drive better outcomes.
I’ve always gravitated toward large and challenging projects. Some of my favourites include helping shape the Waterloo Estate social housing renewal, the Bays Precinct, and Westmead. I’ve also been involved in delivering best-practice sustainability outcomes on projects like Lendlease’s The New Rouse Hill and Alkimos.
I hold a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, and I’m currently undertaking Strategic Carbon Management training. Every day, I work to help balance economic, environmental, and social outcomes—ideally giving back more than I take.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors—paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking, or snorkelling with my family and our dogs. Being active in nature keeps me grounded and energised.
