About Us

Efficient Living is a leading Australian ESD consultancy based in Sydney. Our sustainability consultants help clients create a built environment for the future – a future where smart design and efficient systems reduce the impact of climate change, enhance our quality of life, offer increased resilience to our communities and lead to a more sustainable construction industry.

We are a team of engineers, architects, building designers and environmental scientists – which means we have an enormous knowledge pool to draw upon when providing leading ESD and policy advice to renowned designers, architects and developers working on some of the most exciting residential and commercial projects around the country.

Since our founding in 2000, we have optimised the thermal comfort and energy efficiency of thousands of projects, from architectural homes and multi-residential estates to landmark multi-use commercial precincts. We also guide clients through rating certifications such as Green Star, NABERS, WELL and Passive House.

A net-zero emissions future complete with low emissions buildings has always been our goal, but now the rate of change is faster than ever before.
