As your Partner in Sustainability, Efficient Living has reviewed the DP SEPP and prepared a summary of findings in relation to the services Efficient Living provides to our clients. Here’s our summary of key points.
The NSW Design and Place State Environmental Planning Policy (DP SEPP) is currently on exhibition and feedback closes on the 28th February 2022.
This draft policy is a major reform to the way we design and live in our cities of the future and is set to be implemented soon – by late 2022 to early 2023.
Efficient Living has analysed the policy and consulted with stakeholders at all levels to inform our feedback. We want our clients to survive and thrive in this changing environment, so we have also prepared a summary of findings in relation to the services Efficient Living provides.
Our attention will now turn to supporting industry in the smoothest transition possible and helping our clients prepare their businesses, building designs and specifications to meet the new standards.
Please get in touch if you wish to have a complimentary business readiness conversation and/or be first to receive newsletters sharing planning policy insights and impacts to the building industry.
