As of 1 December 2017 the price of BERS Pro certificate credits will increase from $20+GST to $30+GST per certificate per dwelling or per unit.
These NatHERS fees are not charged by us, they are charged by the software providers and apply equally to all NatHERS assessors.
The higher fee is an attempt to recover increased operating costs, investment in improving software tools and ongoing NatHER’s accreditation.
